Numerous Favours of The Holy Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam On The Ummah

There are numerous favours of the Holy Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam on the Ummah. Hadhrat Aa'ishah radhiyallahu anhaa narrates that he kept awake an entire night repeating the same verse from the Holy Qur’aan.
According to Hadhrat Abu Zarr radhiyallahu anhu the verse was:
in tu'adhibhum fainnahum ibaaduka wa in taghfirlahm fainnaka antal azeezur raheem

"If You punish them, verily they are Your servants, and should You forgive them, You are the Mighty, the Wise." (Qur’aan 5: 118)

There are numerous narrations expressing Holy Prophet's sallallahu alayhi wasallam ardent pleas seeking forgiveness for his people.
azeezun alayhi maa a'inttum hareesun alaykum bilMu'mineena raufur raheem
"A messenger has come to you from among yourselves; heavy upon him is that which harasses you, is full of concern for you, and with the believers tender and merciful".

(Qur’aan 9:128)

Miserly, negligent and discourteous are the ones who are slack in sending salutations to such a benevolent Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam.

Allah does not tolerate even the slightest disrespect with regard to His Beloved Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam, and this oversight can have dire consequences.
yaa ayyuhallazeena aamanu laa tarfa'u aswaatakum fauqa sautin nabiyyi

"O you who believe, do not raise your voices above the voice of the Prophet, nor speak aloud to him." (Qur’aan 49: 2)

Note: Apostasy is the only crime which is punished by nullification of good deeds.
