The verse revealed after the sermon of Hajja-tul-Widaa

As soon as the sermon had finished, Allah Sub’haanahu wa Ta’aala revealed the following verse:

This day I have perfected your religion for you, completed my favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islaam as religion.

(Soorah 5, verse 4).
